The Omni Processor (OP) is an online sludge treatment system that uses a thermal process to treat fecal sludge. It significantly reduces sludge volume while recovering valuable resources such as power, clean water, and non-hazardous ash.

Fecal sludge is first collected in a receiving tank, agitated, and then fed into a screw press where water and solids are separated. The water goes for further treatment, while the solid fraction moves to the next stage.
The dewatered sludge (cake) is sent to a dryer, and the resulting dry sludge (biosolids) generates high-pressure steam in a boiler. This steam drives a turbine to produce electricity.
Water vapor from the dryer is condensed and treated to produce clean distilled water.
The process also generates non-hazardous ash that can be safely disposed of or used for other applications.
