    1. Manage co-ordinations with customers, suppliers, newspaper agencies and third-party vendors
    2. Process bank deposits
    3. Reconcile financial statements
    4. Prepare, send and store invoices and quotations
    5. Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
    6. Manage documentation of Assets (Insurance, renewals of licenses etc)
    7. Identify and address discrepancies
    8. Renewal of bank guarantees
    9. Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
    10. Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets on a daily/weekly basis
    11. Manage employee payroll and time-keeping

  • Responsibilities :
    1. Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
    2. Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
    3. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    4. Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
    5. Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
    6. Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
    7. Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
    8. Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
    9. Evaluates emerging technologies.
    10. Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
